The Grocery Charity Ball Trust is grateful for the sponsorship of the following companies and organisations at the 2018 Ball.

Pernod Ricard New Zealand, Lion, Sanitarium, Coca-Cola, Vallkree, DB Breweries, Constellation Brands, Villa Maria, Mondelēz International, Love Our Land, William Aitken & Co., Hansells, RFC, FGC, Foodstuffs, Countdown.

The Trust is seeking sponsorship specifically for the 2019 Grocery Charity Ball through the provision of either:

  • Goods and services for the ‘live’ auction.
  • Goods and services for the ‘silent’ auction.
  • Beverages for the cocktail party and dinner.
  • Advertising and marketing of the event.
  • Advertising and sampling opportunities on the night.

The Trust is able to provide sponsors with a package of benefits commensurate with the level of sponsorship, including:

  • Ambient advertising at the event.
  • Advertising in the event programme.
  • Branding in publicity and marketing material.
  • Discounted table prices.
  • Use of Grocery Charity Ball intellectual property.

Gold Sponsor

Eligibility criteria:

  • $4,000 cash sponsorship (plus GST)
  • Minimum of two tables purchased to the event
  • Support in respect of auction items that aid fundraising total

Benefits:

  • Premier placement of logo on official programme, screen presentation, website – wherever sponsors are mentioned
  • A full page ad in official programme
  • Preferential seating
  • Recognition from the stage
  • Possibility to have product served at the event

Silver Sponsor

Eligibility criteria:

  • $3,000 cash sponsorship (plus GST)
  • Minimum of two tables purchased to the event

Benefits:

  • Inclusion of logo on official programme, screen presentation, website – wherever sponsors are mentioned
  • A half page ad in official programme
  • Preferential seating
  • Recognition from the stage
  • Possibility to have product served at the event

Bronze Sponsor

Eligibility criteria:

  • $2,000 cash sponsorship (plus GST)
  • One table purchased for the event

  • Inclusion of logo on official programme, screen presentation, website – wherever sponsors are mentioned
  • Preferential seating
  • Recognition from the stage
